  • When can I expect my order?

    All SimXPro products in the webshop are in stock. 

    Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.


    * Sparco gloves and shoes currently have longer lead times. If this is the case, 

    it will always be stated at the top of the product description.

  • Is it possible to pick up (assembled) orders at your warehouse?

    It is possible to pick up orders in Hoofddorp (5 min from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport).

    However, our warehouse and production location are not accessible to visitors. Pick-up orders can NOT be payed in cash without VAT. 


    Normal processing times apply.


    If you want to pick up an order assembled, this is possible at an additional cost.

  • Why can't I find many reviews about SimXPro?

    SimXPro® is a relatively new company that has gained worldwide attention in a short period of time. After years of commercial rental of go-kart tracks and racing simulators for the business market, it was time for a new chapter.


    Creating a global brand for all sim racing enthusiasts worldwide. 


    Our webshop has launched only since August 2020. We have not started a pre-order shop. We started taking orders when everything was developed and in stock. Furthermore, we do not focus on getting as many (paid) reviews as possible. A good price, high quality products and fast delivery is our priority. The reviews will follow by itself...


    Do you want to talk to (real) users or do you want to see what setups other SimXPro users have built?

  • Can I order as a company without VAT?

    Yes, when you have a valid EU VAT- number you can place an order in the webshop. Fill in your company details an select "Bank Transfer" as payment option. Send a reply on the order confirmation with your VAT-Number an we will send you an invoice without VAT.

  • Where can I find the shipping costs?

    You can find a full list with the shipping costs for every country or continent in the "Shipping" menu item.


    You can find the weight of our products in de product description of every product.

  • Why can't I order seats when my shipping address is outside the EU

    Seats are too large for most carriers who transport outside the EU. A number of carriers do offer this, but the transport costs are so high that it's always cheaper for you to order the seat at a local shop.


    Best way to find yourself a comfortable seat is to test it properly. Therefor we always recomend you to find out what seat fits you the best before ordering one.

  • How do the shipping costs get calculated?

    The webshop automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart and the delivery address for your order.

  • How can I track my order?

    After the payment is completed, your order will be forwarded to our warehouse. As soon as someone from our team has packed your order, you will receive a notification. 


    You will also receive a track and trace link by email. This can also end up in your SPAM folder. It can take 6 to 48 hours for the location of your package to be shown in the track and trace. This depends on the moment of scanning the carrier. 


    Once the package has been collected from us, we no longer have any influence on the delivery of your package.

  • I have not received my entire order.

    Partly due to the current COVID situation, the couriers are busy and it often happens that parcels sent together are not delivered at the same time. 


    We understand that you would like to receive your complete order as fast as possible, thats why we guarantee fast processing times before shipping, that's everything we can do at the moment.


    If you have not received your complete order at once, we would like to ask you to be patient for 48 hours. In 99% of the cases, the rest of your order will be delivered within 48 hours. We can only file a complaint with the carrier after this 48 hours has passed.

  • I have (not yet) received my seat.

    Due to weight and volume restrictions that vary per country and per carrier, our seats are often shipped with a different courier than the rigs, profiles and accessories.


    Due to these restrictions, it is not possible to deliver seats in Belgium to private addresses. This is only possible at business addresses that are not located in residential areas. These Belgian addresses must be easily accessible by truck. This only applies to the seats because of the size of the box.

  • What is the 21% VAT on orders?

    In the EU people have to pay VAT over their purchases. Our webshop will show you prices inclusing or excluding 21% VAT based on your IP-location. After providing us with your shipping address the shop will show you the final VAT for your order.


    When your delivery address is INSIDE the EU:


    You will get charged with the Dutch 21% VAT rate. When you are in the EU the shop will show you all prices including the 21% VAT.

    When your delivery address is OUTSIDE the EU:


    You will not get charged with the Dutch 21% VAT rate. The shop will show you all prices excluding the 21% VAT. Local taxes can be charged by your authorities.



  • What is your return policy?

    Our development and production team will do everything they can to provide you with high quality products for a competitive price. 


    If you are somehow not happy with your purchase feel free to inform us.


    You can return your purchase within 30 days after you received it. You will get a refund* within 14 days after we received and checked the return. 


    *Refund: original order amount including the shipping costs for shipping the order to your address. 


    After receiving your request you have 14 days to properly pack your undamaged purchase and send it back to us.
