- Dedicated customer support.
- Physical presence of products: Demo room or attending at events.

Dropship Program:
- Annual SimXPro sales (€ 0 - € 5k,-) 7% discount
- Annual SimXPro sales (€ 5k,- - € 20k,-) 10% discount
- Annual SimXPro sales (€ 20k,- - +) 12% discount
* discounts achieved remain active after one year has passed.
** Drop shipper forwards shipping info and status updates to their customers.

Authorized Resellers:

- Keep their own stock of SimXPro products and ship them to their customers themselves.
- Stock orders have a minimum value of € 5k,- in products.
(Discount between 12% and 20% depending on amount and product type)

Authorized *NEW MODEL* Partners:
- Have their own region or country where *NEW MODEL* and customer support is offered in the local language. The Authorized reseller independently carries out advertising and promotional activities.
- The physical presence of *NEW MODEL* in a demo room or showroom is a requirement, as is regular attendance at (sim) race events.
- The Authorized reseller holds stock of at least 30 units of *NEW MODEL*, offers fast shipping and has at least one free pallet space available for stock.
