  • What is the status of my order?

    You can log in to your personal account to view orders, history and statuses by clicking on this link.


    Below you can see the different possible order statuses. You will receive email updates when the order status has changed.


    Awaiting Processing

    Your order has been received, printed and handed over to our warehouse team for processing. 


    *When the status is "Awaiting Processing" there is a good chance that your order is already being collected but the status has not yet been automatically refreshed.


    Processing

    Your order is currently being processed and the shipping labels are created. The track and trace has been or will be sent by email. Also check your Spam inbox. Your order will remain in de processing status until it is delivered at your door.


    Shipping labels created

    You will receive an email about the progress of the shipment. This email does not mean that the order has already been shipped, but that the order will be handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. At the bottom of the email you can find 1 or more individual track and trace codes that you can click on. 


    *If your order contains a chair, you will receive a separate email and track and trace code. An exception to this is the Basic seat, which can be sent with DPD with the other products.

    ** Parcels that belong together may be split in the sorting process due to differences in the weight and size of the parcels. It is therefore possible that your packages are not delivered on the same day.

    *** Packages never get lost ***


    Payment status: 

    Paid

    The payment of your order is confirmed

    Cancelled

    The payment process has not been completed*

    *Please make a new order with another payment option

    Awaiting Payment 

    You selected bank transfer as payment option. Your payment has not yet been transfered to our account. Once the payment has been credited to our bank account, the payment status will automatically change to 'PAID'. For international transfers this can take a few business days.

  • I did not receive all my packages!

    Don't worry to much. Due to the current situations packages get delayed but never lost. If you have not received your complete order at once, we would like to ask you to give the carrier some time to deliver the rest of your order within the next business days. 


    *It may happen that the tracking states that your packages have been delivered while only 1 package has been delivered. In this case, the other package(s) will be delivered as soon as possible, as mentioned above.


    Contact an employee:

    PLEASE READ THE ABOVE QUESTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING US. Only if your order has not had a single status or tracking update in 7 days we can start an investigation. Please understand that our team is happy to help you with questions that are not answered by the online assistant. Questions about when pre-orders will ship cannot be answered individually. The information that is known about this can be found in the product description. In case of problems that are not described in the product description or if a status has not changed for 7 days, we are happy to help you. In all other cases, we ask you to be patient and to contact us after the expiry of the 7-day period. Contact our team here if you have a problem that has not been described.


  • My seat did not arrive yet:

    Seats often have longer delivery times due to the large volume weight of the package. These are delivered with a different carrier, we like to ask you to have some patience for the delivery of your seat.


    Contact an employee:

    Only if your seat order has not had a single status or tracking update in 10 days we can start an investigation. Please understand that our team is happy to help you with questions that are not answered by the online assistant. Contact us by this link.

  • How long does it take before my order ships?

    All orders are normally packed and collected from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.


    Please keep in mind that we always do what we can to process and ship your order as soon as possible. 


    Due to the current situation, it could occasionally happen that a delay occurs due to unexpected events. You can rest assured that we will do what we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.



  • How can I track my shipment?

    Our shipping portal automatically sends email updates at the following moments:


    - Your  shipping labels are created:

    - The carriers received your shipment:

    - Your shipping  is en route:

    - Your shipment is delivered:


    * These e-mails can also end up in your spam folder because there are active links in these messages.

  • How many packages do I get?

    Every package has his own track and trace link which is provided at the bottom of the track and trace link. On the shipping label you can also read how many boxes the shipment contains.


    There can be multiple track and trace emails for your order. Please check your inbox and spam inbox if you are missing something.


    Seats are sent with a different carrier and also have their own track and trace email with tracking.


  • The tracking status did not change in the last 24 hours:

    Although your order is on its way, it may happen that your package misses a location scan. This has no further negative effect on the delivery.


    Another reason could be that your package has been transferred to a local partner who takes care of the deliveries in the country of destination. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to continue with the tracking of the local partner.


    If you no longer receive a recent tracking of your package, your package will be delivered within 5 business days. If your package keeps in the same location for 5 business days or longer you can send in a request using this form

  • Order cancellation:

    Always double check your order and order details before placing your order. Don't forget to ask your wife before ordering. If you somehow want to cancel your order, all payment fees will be deducted from the amount of refund. No payment fees will be deducted if you use Bank Transfer or Ideal. Other payment methods like Creditcard, Paypal etc deduct  around 3% for every payment transaction or refund. Keep in mind that both the original payment, as well as the refund will get deducted. We are unable to cover these cost since ordering is your own decision. 

  • Retour or complaints:

    Our development and production team will do everything they can to provide you with high quality products for a competitive price.
