We always do what we can to ship out orders within the process time of 3-5 business days. Due to the high amount of orders in this period delays are not expected but small delays can occur. 

In case of a delay we want to ask you to have some patience and not send in (multiple) requests. We can not respond on request with estimated shipping dates or requests about orders that are still within the 3-5 business days processing time.

It is the busiest time of the year for the carriers. They also do what they can to deliver packages as soon as possible but it is likely that packages get delayed in this period. 

Sorry, we run Black Friday deals every year and therefor patience is rewarded. Unfortunately we can not refund or compensate for Special Deals or Black Friday offers. 

During the Black Friday month of November we also expect to launch a number of new products, including a completely new GT/Formula chassis, which can also be purchased with the Black Friday discount. This first batch is expected at the end of November.
